Congratulations to Mike Rajah on his recent graduation!

Mike started Graduate School in the Sagan Lab in Fall 2015 after completing his Hon. B.Sc. in Integrative Biology with a focus in Anthropology (and a Minor in Psychology) at the University of Toronto in 2014. He completed his Master’s of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Microbiology & Immunology in December 2017 and Mike’s thesis was entitled: “Contemporary American Zika Virus Isolates Elicit Differential Growth Kinetics and Interferon Responses in Human Astrocytoma cells”.

We wish Mike the best as he continues his research and pursues his Ph.D. in the Virus and Immunity Unit at Institut Pasteur, Paris in 2018!
