Congratulations to Alex Wang for his fantastic M.Sc. Defense!

Alex was the first person from the Sagan Lab to defend an M.Sc. thesis this week (and is our first graduate from UBC)! Alex’s thesis was entitled: “Zika virus Stem-Loop A Evolution and its Effects on Viral RNA Accumulation”. Alex is staying with us for a few months to finish up his publication and then heads off to the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of PEI! Congrats Alex!
